We have had the BMCC (yeah a real name for the cam!) for 3weeks now. It took so long to produce something because shooting in RAW freaked us out. 4years ago when we took up DSLR we had the same mountain to climb, and it took 6mths. This time, we were lucky to get some guidance and loads of great online materials to roll this video out. While it was something very impromtu, its a big achievement to us. We had to learn both CS6.0 and Davinci Resolve at one go to get this going. We still have a long way to go before being proficient in the softwares. We also had to overcome technical issues but it was all worth it. We fully realise the importance of a camera codec now.
