Was wrapping up last nite and looked out the window to see this. I’m certainly going to do a lot more nite stuff in 2009. Lovely isnt it? Life is beautiful.
2008 ha been quite a blast for me, seeing the accomplishment of many new ventures successfully. Personal life has been enriching and I’m so grateful to all the great things that have happened in my life, namely my wife! 2009 will be a challenging year due to the effects of the sluggish economy but I remain optimistic that Singapore will survive well. To all of those getting married, do your sums and spend wisely and hang on for the right opportunities.
Spoke to the PHOTOVIDEOi folks today and was told my article would appear on Dec copy of the HWM. Well its so cool to me as I have been a subscriber for donkey years, and never did I imagine my article would be on it one day!
Happy as I am, it suddenly occured to me I have to be responsible for the mission. I read HWM because it is always part of my research before spending on a new toy. Hence, I have decided to shooting footages for folks to download, or to see what the end product would be like with the product reviewed.
Its gonna be fun but being married recently does require me to make some adjustments. Oh camera, u have just been relegated to Division Two liao..
It was a rainy Sat but we managed some pretty decent photos fortunately!

Just returned from dinner near the City Hall of Seoul. Winter is around the corner and the weather has turned chilly. Luckily the nice Ginseng Chicken Restuarant is just round the corner and the hot soup was a luxury. I wonder how the poor soldiers do their sentry duties in the harsh winter. Lucky us SG soldiers.. we only have the nice hot sun and some mosquitos!
Hi Folks, just to keep you posted that I am on a break in Oct to prepare for my own big day! ARGH!! Helping ppl prep for their wedding is easy but when it comes to your own… $&#!* I’m gonna make a timetable to share my experience after this. OMG the invitation RSVP is a killer. Plus I have to fly next week. ARGH! Next week is a goner. Luckily the hotel folks are great, plus I have my friends from treasure prod to help cover my wedding video. Ha ha many ppl keep asking me who is shooting my video. I small fry la, ordinary consumer. Only hope for HD shoot ha ha (Alvin dun get stressed out ok!)

It….s a BEAUTIFUL sunset!! Hoo hoo! I got home and saw this out from the living room. Nice isnt it? I’ll miss this place in the future. Its almost impossible not to look into someone’s house from our pigeon holes nowadays.
OH well, I better spend more time at the corridor enjoying the nice scenary whenever I can!
During the president evening, I met 3 of my old pals from NSF days. That was wa…y back and Kok Peng suggested that it would be nice to have a reunion. Well, last night I met another 2 of em and decided its a sign for me to get it rolling. 11 years of lost connections!
So far, I have gathered 26/46. Not too bad but its pretty tough still. May try my luck with Facebook/ Friendster etc. Hope these folks are all PC freaks all it’s going to be tough! Oops I gotta prep my steadicam for tomolo’s camero shoot now.

Got back to cp for a NS evening. it was nice talking to new and old faces. Not to forget the free food!
